Environmental Epidemic In our sky.

If you are unfamiliar with the subject of chemtrails,  first we will touch on the chemtrail spraying operations which began in earnest in late 1997.  There are several key points to understand about the chemtrail spraying program.  On February 20, 1999, strange contrails were reported over Long Island, NY by  'concerned citizens' who also took photos. These photos reveal the characteristic "X" mark seen in almost all cases of chemtrails. Earlier this year, reports by Ken Welch have been posted on various sites on the Internet. His reports are titled Contrail Spraying of Cities is Real  Part 1 , Part II, and Part III  These articles chronicle Ken's apprehension and dismay at the discovery that the United States government was brazenly spraying the skies of southern Texas on April 9, 1999 with Chemtrails. Ken has also posted E-mails at his web site that were sent to him in May '99 of  reports of  sprayings over South Carolina and Indiana . In June, a report from Florida said that sprayings had been going on for weeks over the Ft Lauderdale and  Jacksonville areas, including military bases.

It is being reported that people with average or below average immunity are experiencing pneumonia-like respiratory symptoms, while people with stronger immunity are only experiencing slight discomfort for a day or two or no symptoms at all. Some people have gotten very ill and the symptoms seem to keep returning after a short period of improvement. It's possible that some of these sprayings might contain special bioengineered pathogens designed to affect only certain racial groups.

Most people discover the reality of chemtrails by initially reading about it on the Internet and then going outside and looking up into the sky. They are shocked to realize that what they had been reading about (and studying photographs of) is also taking place right over their heads. What some people had dismissed as mere "jet plane exhaust" (because there are now scores of internet propaganda web sites trying to convince you that 'everything is well' and 'there's nothing to be alarmed about' and that unaccountable 'jet plane exhaust'  plumes are magically being converted into horizon-to-horizon overcasts of "cirrus clouds" !) are dismayed to realize that chemtrails are indeed the toxin-laden aerosols that have been described here and at other web sites since 1998 and they are not being sprayed for any benign or national security reason as the disinformation peddlers would have you believe. So I have taken the liberty to give you a tiny portion of the information that is out there and allow you to decide if its truth or good media publicity.

Also I touch on (HAARP)- The High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the US Air Force, US Navy, the University of Alaska and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance purposes.  The HAARP program operates a major Arctic facility, known as the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force owned site near Gakona, Alaska. 

The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band.  The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere.  Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde and an induction magnetometer, are used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

Work on the HAARP Station began in 1993. The current working IRI was completed in 2007, and its prime contractor was BAE Advanced Technologies.

As of 2008, HAARP had incurred around $250 million in tax-funded construction and operating costs. HAARP has also been blamed by conspiracy theorists for a range of events, including numerous natural disasters.

Todays Weather

Have you watched the news lately?  I find it ironic that records have been broken all over the world when it comes to extreme weather.  Flooding, hurricanes, earthquakes, tornadoes and other damaging storms- some experts say are linked to the HAARP and chemtrail experiments.  Do they really think manipulating the atmosphere is good thing?

HAARP

HAARP- Stands for - High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program,  is a controversial high frequency radio transmitter operated by the US military beaming high level energy into the Earth's upper atmosphere. Ostensibly for ionospheric research, HAARP also locates hidden oil reserves and missile silos around the world. However, critics of HAARP say this technology could blow a massive hole in the upper atmosphere as well as disrupt the subtle magnetic energies of all life on Earth.  HAARP has been linked to earthquakes and other strange and disastrous storms.

Chemtrails are often said to be laid down in patterns, such as grids, X's and crosshatches.

According to a FAQ posted at Jeff Rense's website, "chemtrails (CTs) look like contrails initially, but are much thicker, extend across the sky and are often laid down in varying patterns of Xs, tick-tack-toe grids, cross-hatched and parallel lines. Instead of quickly dissipating, chemtrails expand and drip feathers and mares' tails. In 30 minutes or less, they open into wispy formations which join together, forming a thin white veil or a 'fake cirrus-type cloud' that persists for hours."

In 2001, American Congressman Kucinich included restrictions against chemtrail spraying in his Bill titled, the "Space Preservation Act of 2001".107th CONGRESS - 1st Session - HR 2977 IH - October 2, 2001- It disappeared - The Amendment was changed - it was killed.

Available research traces the origin of Chemtrails back to Dr. Edward Teller's 1990 white paper contention that a highly reflective substance released into the upper atmosphere/stratosphere could mitigate global warming by reflecting 1-2% of sunlight back into space. 

Independent sample tests of the substance yielded the following sub-micron particles:

 * Aluminum
* Thorium
* Selenium
* Barium
* Silicon Carbide

Now the effects of sub-micron particles being sprayed over a 10 year period could affect the respiratory system. Could this be the reason for our increased susceptibility to influenza? These are the kinds of questions and speculated answers that are all over the internet from concerned Americans.

Contrails vs. Chemtrails. Whats the difference?

According to a United States Air Force contrail fact sheet, contrails, or condensation trails, are "streaks of condensed water vapor created in the air by an airplane or rocket at high altitudes."[5] These condensation trails are the result of normal emissions of water vapor from piston engines and jet engines at high altitudes in which the water vapor condenses into a visible cloud. Contrails are formed when hot humid air from the engines mixes with the colder surrounding air. The rate at which contrails dissipate is entirely dependent on weather conditions and altitude. If the atmosphere is near saturation, the contrail may exist for some time. Conversely, if the atmosphere is dry, the contrail will dissipate quickly.[5]


Exhaust gases and emissions

Chemtrails, coming from "chemical trails" in the same fashion that contrail comes from "condensation trail" is a term coined to suggest that contrails are formed by something other than a natural process of engine exhaust hitting the cold air in the atmosphere. Proponents of chemtrails characterize these chemical trails as streams that persist for hours, and by their criss-crossing, grid-like patterns, or parallel stripes which eventually blend to form large clouds. Proponents view the presence of visible color spectra in the streams, unusual concentrations of sky tracks in a single area, or lingering tracks left by unmarked or military airplanes flying in atypical altitudes or locations as markers of chemtrails.[1][4][8][18][19][20]

Chemtrail conspiracy theory-one definition from Wikipedia

The chemtrail conspiracy theory holds that some trails left by aircraft are actually chemical or biological agents deliberately sprayed at high altitudes for a purpose undisclosed to the general public in clandestine programs directed by government officials.[1]

As a result, official agencies have received thousands of complaints from people who have demanded an explanation.[1][2] The existence of chemtrails has been repeatedly denied by government agencies and scientists around the world, who say the trails are normal contrails.[3][4]

The United States Air Force maintains that the theory is a hoax which "has been investigated and refuted by many established and accredited universities, scientific organizations, and major media publications".[5] The British Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs has stated that chemtrails "are not scientifically recognised phenomena".[3] The Canadian Leader of the Government in the House of Commons has stated that "The term 'chemtrails' is a popularised expression, and there is no scientific evidence to support their existence."[6]
The term chemtrail is derived from "chemical trail" in the similar fashion that contrail is an abbreviation for condensation trail. It does not refer to common forms of aerial spraying such as crop dusting, cloud seeding, skywriting, or aerial firefighting.[7] The term specifically refers to aerial trails allegedly caused by the systematic high-altitude release of chemical substances not found in ordinary contrails, resulting in the appearance of uncharacteristic sky tracks. Supporters of this theory speculate that the purpose of the chemical release may be for solar radiation management, population control,[1] weather control,[2] or biological warfare/chemical warfare and claim that these trails are causing respiratory illnesses and other health problems.[8][9]

There are many people unsure of what exactly Chemtrails are.  Have you ever noticed jet streams in the sky that seem to linger for hours instead of fading away like they used to?  Well there is so much evidence and information all over the Internet concerning this subject.  I am going to touch on a few of these.  You be the judge!
