<Bio>
Chintan O. Patel is a graduate student at University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received his Bachelors degree in Computer Sciences from Gujarat University, India in 2002. Later, he worked at Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) on Image Processing Expert Systems and NLP.

Currently, he is pursuing his Masters degree at University of Missouri, Kansas City . He is doing research with Prof Yugyung Lee in field of Medical Informatics, Ontologies, Knowledge Representation and Semantic Web. He is also working as research software developer in cardiology department at Childrens Mercy hospital and Heartlab company. Earlier he was working with CV research group at Mid America Heart Institute. Several of his papers have been published in international conferences. He is currently member of AAAI and AMIA </Bio>
